This piece is a deeply personal reflection on healing ancestral trauma and breaking generational patterns. I painted it after I made the choice to quit drinking and honor my wellness while working to heal the pattern of addiction in my lineage. The Joshua Tree flower essence assists with energetically breaking the chains of repeated trauma and unhealthy patterns that are passed down from our ancestors.
